Your weekly site fee does not include the following:

Utility usage costs, service provider usage costs (phone/internet/streaming services for your home), home maintenance and upkeep, home and contents insurance, caravan/boat parking space.

 

Rent assistance may be available to you

If you receive a pension, you may be eligible for Federal Government Rent Assistance towards your site fees. This assistance provides 75 cents for every dollar of rent (site fees) paid above the Rent Threshold, up to the maximum payment amount.

• Duo Mover – $99.50^{^} Maximum rent assistance per week
