Liven Willow Rise build update: The vision is becoming reality

There’s something truly special about watching a community take shape and at Liven Willow Rise, that vision is becoming reality. 

From earthworks and infrastructure to roads, services and now the very first homes, construction has been gathering momentum month by month. And now, we’ve reached a major milestone worth celebrating, the first two home slabs are officially down! 

Here’s a look back at just how far we’ve come and all the exciting progress still ahead. 

July 2025 – Launched to market 

July marked a major milestone for Liven Willow Rise. Alongside the commencement of earthworks, the community officially launched to market, giving people their first opportunity to discover how they could enliven their lifestyle at Liven Willow Rise. 

The response was immediate and incredibly exciting, with the vision for this new community clearly resonating. Stage 1 homes sold out within 24 hours; an early sign of the strong momentum and enthusiasm that’s continued to build as Liven Willow Rise comes to life. 

August 2025 – Foundations laid 

Stage 1 bulk earthworks were wrapped up in August, transforming the site and creating the perfect canvas for the 150 architecturally designed homes at Liven Willow Rise. With the land shaped and prepared, the groundwork was officially in place for this vibrant new community to begin taking form. 

September 2025 – Infrastructure underway 

September saw momentum continue with sewer and stormwater works well underway. Behind the scenes, the essential infrastructure was being carefully installed to support the future homes, streets and shared spaces that will define everyday life at Liven Willow Rise. 

October 2025 – Streets and spaces emerge 

By October, the site was buzzing with activity. External roadworks commenced, walls began rising and landscaping started to take shape across the community. Sewer works were completed for the first two stages, stormwater installation continued, and soil testing began – marking the first step towards home construction. Slowly but surely, future streets and neighbourhoods started to feel real. 

November 2025 – Services connected 

November was all about bringing the essentials together. Installation of water and power kicked off early in the month, with all services for Stages 1 and 2, including water, power and sewer, completed. The first road was poured, and construction commenced on the second road and caravan parking area, bringing the community layout to life. 

December 2025 – Preparing for homes 

As the year drew to a close, works ramped up on the front entry wall, creating a strong and welcoming arrival point for the community. Behind the scenes, preparation for the first home slabs was well underway setting the stage for an exciting new chapter. 

January 2026 – A major milestone: slabs down! 

January delivered a moment worth celebrating. The first two home slabs were poured, officially marking the start of homes rising at Liven Willow Rise. This milestone signals a powerful shift from preparation to construction and it’s just the beginning. The front entry wall is now nearing completion, ready for upcoming landscaping works. 

Looking ahead – What’s next at Liven Willow Rise? 

With the first home slabs now in place, the pace only picks up from here. It won’t be long before frames begin to rise and more homes start taking shape across the community. 

Once the front entry wall is complete, landscaping will commence, bringing greenery, texture and finishing touches to the entry. Construction of the Liven Willow Rise clubhouse is also scheduled to kick off in the first half of this year, a future hub designed to bring residents together through resort-style amenities and shared moments. 

We’ll also be opening our Liven Willow Rise display home in the first half of 2026 and even more excitingly, welcoming our first residents’ home later this year.
