Stage 1 at Liven Willow Rise sold out within 24 hours of its launch to market, with strong demand from local buyers looking to downsize.

With over 400 enquires already received, the keen interest in the project reflects a clear demand for luxury over 50s communities in the Gympie region, particularly one like Liven Willow Rise that prioritises connection, convenience and resort-style amenities.
