Liven Willow Rise is most definitely rising! Catch up on the progress so far!

There’s nothing more exciting than watching a vision come to life – and that’s exactly what’s happening at Liven Willow Rise! We’re over the moon to be bringing you along on the journey as we track the build progress of this vibrant new community as it transforms before our eyes.

From the start of earthworks to what’s coming next, here’s a look at what’s been happening on site – and what’s just on the horizon!

July 2025 – We broke ground!

At the end of July things got real. The team rolled into site and the Liven Willow Rise transformation truly began! We celebrated this exciting milestone in early August with a sod-turning event officiated by Gympie Mayor Glen Hartwig, marking the official start of construction for Southside Gympie’s very first luxury resort-style community.

August 2025 – Time to clear the way

Stage 1 bulk earthworks kicked off and were wrapped up by the end of August, laying the groundwork (and carving out the perfect canvas) for the first of the 150 architecturally designed homes, bespoke to Liven Willow Rise. This also sets the stage for the luxury, resort-style clubhouse that will be at the heart of this community spanning over seven hectares.

September 2025 – All systems go

With bulk earthworks done, September marked the start of Stage 1 operational works. We’re talking:

• Sewer works commencing
• Stormwater works commencing
• Preparation for retaining walls and external roadworks

October 2025 – Roads incoming

You’ve got to walk before you can run – or in this case, drive! External roadworks will kick off in October, paving the way for a well-connected and accessible community.

December 2025 – Homes start to take shape!

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for! Late December will see the first home slab poured as construction of Stage 1 homes begin (cue the confetti!).

Early 2026 – New year, new clubhouse!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we’ll be breaking ground on the Liven Willow Rise clubhouse in early 2026! This vibrant community hub will feature a host of luxury, resort-style amenities designed to enliven every moment in your retirement lifestyle and create connections that matter.

We’re moving full steam ahead, with the first homes set to be complete and ready to welcome you in 2026.
