Introducing the Liven Breeze.
Enter: The Liven Breeze – our signature sip and your instant ticket to good vibes.
This beauty is all about bold berry colour, tropical flavours and a splash of gin from Fraser Coast’s first artisan distillery – The Spirit Collective. But if you feel like keeping things alcohol-free, no stress! The Liven Breeze doubles as a perfectly delicious mocktail. Same taste, same vibe, zero gin!
And because we’re firm believers in sharing the love (and the flavour), here’s your very own recipe to tickle your taste buds into Liven life…
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 60ml cranberry juice
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 60ml soda water
- 30ml gin (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves and fruit for decoration (optional)
Method
Step 1 – Berry Base
- Place a handful of frozen mixed berries in the bottom of a glass.
- Add 60ml cranberry juice and lightly muddle with a spoon or muddler (press gently to release colour and juice but keep some of the berry pieces whole).
- Add a layer of ice on top.
Step 2 – Tropical Layer
- In a shaker with ice, combine pineapple juice, lime juice, and gin (or just juice for the mocktail).
- Shake well then slowly strain over the back of a spoon onto the berry layer to create a two-tone effect.
Step 3 – Garnish & Finish
- Pour 60ml of soda water to top it off.
- Add a sprig of fresh mint on top.
- Optional: float a few whole berries and decorate with fruit for colour.
- Serve with a paper straw and enjoy!
And voilà – your first taste of Liven life, served chilled and ready to enjoy.
