Say hello to Carolyn, the newest member of the Liven Beach Road crew! As the communities very own dedicated Community & Lifestyle Manager, Carolyn will be the go-to for all the good stuff that makes Liven Beach Road more than just a place to live – think connection, community and that vibrant resort-style buzz.

From guiding you through pre-settlement and greeting you with a big smile on move-in day, to being your go-to for questions, events and making the most of life at this brand-new resort style community – Carolyn’s here to help enliven the lifestyle of our Liven Beach Road residents every step of the way.

With over 11 years’ experience in hospitality and lifestyle living across Australia and New Zealand, Carolyn’s no stranger to creating spaces where people feel genuinely at home – and having made the move to Hervey Bay herself, she knows exactly why this part of the world is such a desirable place to be.

“My husband and I made Hervey Bay home about 5 years ago,” Carolyn shares. “We were drawn to the relaxed, friendly lifestyle we had experienced after several holidays in the area.”

She’s now looking forward to bringing that same energy into her role, welcoming residents to their new homes and helping shape a brand-new community that feels as good as it looks.

With the first move-ins just around the corner, Carolyn is already on-site at Liven Beach Road making sure everything’s in place to create a warm welcome (and a great first impression!).

“I’m focused on making sure Liven Beach Road feels like home from day one – supportive, connected and full of opportunities to enjoy a new exciting lifestyle,” she said.

So, what is Carolyn most excited about? “Without a doubt it’s meeting our residents and helping them settle into their new lifestyle,” she said. “For me, it’s all about building connections that matter, seeing friendships form and creating opportunities for everyone to enjoy the exceptional amenities the community they call home has to offer.”

And when it comes to building that sense of connection, Carolyn’s already got plans underway. “I’ll be putting my events hat on, that’s for sure! I’m looking forward to organising events and activities to bring the community together – and i’ll be here as a friendly first point of contact for questions, feedback, ideas or even just a chat. Plus, I’ve got plenty of Hervey Bay tips to share!”
